Production Process Of Steel Plate Radiator

The steel plate radiator has a simple and elegant appearance, showcasing nobility, integrating functionality and decoration. The classic pure white of Europe is an ideal supplement to the timely white walls, and also complements the colorful interior decoration. All panel radiators have been coated with the second-generation KTL electrophoretic primer, with a layer of heat-resistant and wear-resistant epoxy resin powder sprayed on the surface and baked at 200 ℃. Therefore, their appearance can remain the same as when newly installed ten years later.
1. Material: The film head is made of ST14 high-quality low-carbon soft steel plate stamped with a thickness of 1.2mm. High strength, good ductility, no cracks after stamping, increasing the corrosion resistance of the material itself. The riser is made of high-quality low-carbon steel pipes with a thickness of 1.5-1.8mm, which reduces the oxidation and corrosion of the steel and ensures the lifespan of the radiator from a material perspective.
2. Welding method: our company adopts full-automatic argon arc welding process, which is single-sided welding, double-sided forming, uniform and smooth weld, no slag inclusion, no welding distillation, high welding quality, superior to other manufacturers' manual welding or welding defects caused by resistance welding.
3. Anticorrosion process: Our company has added coating internal anti-corrosion process, which can greatly increase the lifespan of the radiator. The anti-corrosion liquid adopts advanced domestic anti-corrosion coatings, with excellent anti-corrosion performance. Advanced vacuum anti-corrosion filling is used to eliminate dead corner bubbles formed at the sharp corners and welding points of the radiator inner cavity.
The production process of steel plate radiator: head procurement - welding - grinding - cutting (column steel pipe procurement - cutting) - butt welding - welding - grinding - single piece pressure test - assembly welding - pressure test - pre-treatment - internal anti-corrosion coating - drying - spraying - packaging - finished product.
