5. HIGH-TEMPERATURE BAKING AND TOPCOAT POWDER COATING:
After the first round of high-temperature baking in the fully enclosed oxygen free process of electrophoresis, the residual temperature enters the topcoat spray paint box for epoxy resin powder spraying. The topcoat powder used is from AkzoNobel in the Netherlands, which is also one of the Fortune 500 chemical companies. The plastic powder is uniformly sprayed in granular form on the heated air after electrophoresis, and then baked at 200 ℃ for the second time. After undergoing such complex surface technology treatment, radiators will be immune to any temperature and humidity erosion.
SDEN panel radiators needs to undergo two rounds of high-temperature baking at 200 ℃.
